At Liquides Imaginaires, we strive for complete satisfaction with our olfactory creations; however, if you are not entirely pleased, we accept returns of unopened and unused fragrances within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the item in its original, cellophane-wrapped packaging and secure it within a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Atelier

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans verify the product's integrity, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
